When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, work email, organization, optional role, and message content.

How we use information

We use contact submissions to respond to inquiries about CliniGene services and to discuss whether a workflow is a fit. We do not sell personal information.

Storage

Form submissions are stored on our systems until they are processed. Operational handling of clinical or customer data for a live engagement is defined separately in that engagement’s agreement.
